Returns ONE PAGE of the stores’ per-class cadence plans for cycle counting (comptage tournant): which velocity classes A/B/C are counted, and how many whole days between counts. This is the authored schedule, not the due tasks — for those call the plan operation. Page with page/pageSize (max 100) and keep going until page reaches pageCount: a store whose config sits on an unread page looks unscheduled, which reads as ‘this store does not cycle-count’. total counts the configs across ALL pages.
