The Catalogue is the master data that defines what your network sells. A product created here is sellable at every store’s Caisse. This guide covers products, brands, taxonomy and kits; pricing has its own guides for store pricing and markdowns.

What it is for

  • Define products with their identity, classification, brand and reference price.
  • Maintain brands as reusable master data.
  • Organise products with a taxonomy of categories and attributes.
  • Assemble kits (bundles) that resolve to component units.

Key screens and actions

1

Browse the catalogue

The catalogue screen lists products with their status (Active / Inactive), stock signal (In stock / Low / Out of stock) and price. Use it to search and open a product.
2

Create or edit a product

The product form captures identity, taxonomy (category and attributes), brand, product codes (POS code, supplier article, manufacturer SKU) and the reference HT price. Images are attached from a URL.
3

Manage brands

The brands screen and brand detail let you create and edit brands and link their suppliers; a brand can be deactivated rather than deleted.
4

Define taxonomy

Category and attribute axes classify products. Products also carry their resolved category and attributes so downstream screens can filter on them.
5

Build kits

A kit groups component units into a single sellable bundle that resolves to its parts.
Reference prices are HT (excluding tax) and in cents. Per-store overrides are set in store pricing and temporary reductions in markdowns.

In the API

See the API Reference for full request and response shapes. Catalogue writes require a catalogue manage scope — see roles and permissions.
