Loyalty rewards repeat customers with points they earn on purchases and spend on future ones. The Centrale is where you see the member directory, inspect accounts, and configure how the programme works.

What it is for

  • Browse the member directory and open a member’s loyalty account.
  • See a member’s points balance and ledger (accruals and redemptions).
  • Record manual accruals and redemptions where needed.
  • Configure the programme (earn and redemption rules).

Loyalty directory

The loyalty screen lists members with their balances; open a member to see the detail of their account.

Accrue points

Add points to a member’s balance (for example a goodwill or correction accrual).

Redeem points

Spend points from a member’s balance.

Configure the programme

Read and update the loyalty configuration that governs how points are earned and redeemed.
Loyalty accounts are attached to customers; most day-to-day accrual happens automatically as customers shop at the Caisse.
