Solya POS ships two apps. This page maps each one so you know where to click.

The Centrale (back-office)

The Centrale runs in the browser at head office. A left sidebar groups the back-office capabilities; the working area on the right shows lists, detail panels and forms for whatever you select.

Dashboard

KPIs, revenue trend, top products, sales by store and fleet health.

Catalogue & pricing

Products, brands, taxonomy, kits, store pricing and markdowns.

Stock & supply

Inventory, cycle counts, transfers, orders (OMS) and procurement.

Customers & loyalty

Customer directory, segments, loyalty, gift cards and quotes.

Marketing

Promotions, coupons and outbound campaigns.

Finance & reporting

Network finance, deposits, fiscal exports and reports.

Network & team

Stores, regions, device fleet and team.

System

Settings, integrations and the AI assistant.

The Caisse (till)

The Caisse runs in-store on the counter. The centre of the screen is the sale in progress (the cart); the surrounding controls add items, apply the customer, handle returns and take payment. The daily cash session frames the shift, from opening float to close. The Caisse guides cover each screen in detail.

Finding a specific action

Each Centrale guide follows the same shape:
1

What it is for

A short description of the business area.
2

Key screens and actions

The lists, panels and buttons you will use, matching what you see in the app.
3

In the API

The endpoints behind the screen, so an integration or an AI agent can do the same thing — cross-linked to the API Reference.
